3. Data Storage and Security
3.1. All your transactional data, budgets, categories, photos (associated with transactions), and other financial records are stored locally on your device by default and remain under your ownership at all times.
3.2. If you enable cloud backup, your data is stored on your own cloud storage account (Google Drive / iCloud Drive). The application only has permission to create backup files in a specific folder it creates on your cloud storage and to read those backup files at the time of restore. This doesn't provide full access to your entire cloud storage.
3.3. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
3.4. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Any data transmission over the internet carries inherent risks.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We may share data in the following circumstances:
- With your explicit consent
- With service providers who assist in app operations
- If required by law or legal process
- In connection with a merger, sale, or acquisition of our business

5.1. Analytics
The services contained in this section enable us to monitor and analyze app traffic and can be used to keep track of User behavior.
Data collected: Application opens, Application updates, device information, first launches, geography/region, number of sessions, number of Users, operating systems, session duration.
These analytics help us understand how users interact with our application, allowing us to improve functionality and user experience. You may opt out of analytics collection in the app settings.
5.2. Crash Reporting & Diagnostics
We use crash reporting services to monitor failures occurring during app usage so we can improve performance, operation, and maintenance.
Data collected: app status at crash time, installation ID, crash trace, manufacturer and device OS information.
This anonymous information contains no personal data and is used solely to improve app stability and reliability.
5.3. Payment Processing
For in-app purchases, payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors. We only share the information necessary to complete your transactions.
We have data processing agreements with these providers to protect your data and limit its use to transaction processing only.
